Are we able to look within ourselves? Are we able to admit that we need help? Once we do, the door to a new way of life is open to us.

Because of someone’s drinking style…
- I am scared?
- Do I get worried or lose sleep?
- Do I feel inadequate, guilty, or self-pitying?
- Am I ashamed of my situation?
- Am I ever embarrassed by the alcoholic's behavior?
- Do I apologize to the alcoholic or take responsibility for his actions?
- Am I tired, nervous or depressed?
- Do I sometimes feel angry or frustrated?
- Do I often feel desperate and alone?
If you answered yes to more than two questions, then perhaps Al-Anon can help.
